Suyog is highly committed on Quality of product. Quality is embedded at every stage of our operations including procurement, manufacturing, storage and safe product delivery. Our focus has always been to enhance our Quality Management Systems to meet and exceed the expectations of regulatory authorities.
Quality Management Systems complies with various international regulatory and GMP standards. We perform periodic reviews of systems, practices and documentation in place across our manufacturing facilities through regular internal audits. We also conduct regular vendor audits to ensure adherence to relevant quality standards across our supply chain.
Each of these Quality Control blocks are equipped with wet and instrumentation labs to check raw material, in-process and final product by in-house analysis. In line with our quality policy, we have set up Quality Department in our organization to consistently monitor & assure the process operations, product quality, safety and efficacy of products manufactured. We’re committed to achieve the product quality within the predefined specification before releasing the product to Customer.
We have well trained personnel in quality department for testing, releasing and monitoring of product quality. The quality department ensures strict adherence to quality systems and procedures. We have developed fully equipped quality control laboratory at our manufacturing facilities managed by qualified technical and experienced staff. Our Quality Management Team ensures that every product manufactured and distributed by us, complies with all the internationally accepted practices and standards of quality, purity, efficacy and safety.
All products are subjected to extensive stability testing programs to understand the real product behaviour during shelf life. We also monitor in-market product quality through annual product quality review mechanisms. Our Quality and R&D team work closely to monitor quality during developing molecules to tech transfer. We have regular customer visits and audits, most of them being global pharma companies enabling us to improve and keep upgrading our quality management systems.
